Admittance to the PRISM Conference is only available to individuals from member or sub-member organizations. PRISM does not offer one-day registration rates.
First Two Member Representatives
PRISM will cover the event costs of the first two individuals from each member to attend. This includes hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, meals, and all meetings, main sessions, and breakout sessions.
Additional Staff
Additional representatives can attend at the published rate of $990 each. This cost covers all meetings and sessions, plus meals. A link will be provided to the individual to reserve a hotel room in the PRISM room block. Travel arrangements and expenses will be the responsibility of the individual or their entity.
Registration Deadline
There is a cutoff date established of Wednesday, August 27th, for registration to the PRISM Conference. Registrations after the published date will be accepted subject to availability and accommodations at the host hotel are not guaranteed.
Guest Registrations
Guest registrations are intended for partners or traveling companions of registered attendees. Guests may not attend educational sessions or attend meals except for dinners. Business colleagues should register separately.
PRISM will arrange for the travel and lodging for the first two individuals from each member, as requested in their registration forms. After the registration cutoff date, availability for the PRISM Conference and/or hotel availability is not guaranteed.
Members who are traveling to the Conference with guests (family, traveling companions, etc.) are advised to book their flights on their own to ensure the same flight numbers and seating arrangements.

Personal circumstances occur that may require registration cancellation at some point after registering. Due to the time and effort associated with creating a Conference and the costs incurred from the hotel for cancellations, PRISM asks its members to please keep this in mind when registering and canceling close to the event. All registration cancellations must be made to kacosta@prismrisk.gov.
Because PRISM pays venue and related event expenses based upon projected attendance, refunds will not be given for cancellations of paid registrations received after the registration cut-off date or for no-shows. Full refunds will be given for paid registrations that were canceled in writing by the registration cut-off date.
The hotel cancellation fee incurred for unused (no-show) rooms that were booked on a registrant’s behalf will be invoiced to the individual registrant or their member entity.
PRISM may cancel the event at any time. In this case, full refunds will be issued for paid registrations.
Onsite Registration
All onsite registration is subject to availability.
If the onsite registrant is one of the first two staff from their entity to register for the Conference, there will be no registration fee. Additional individuals from member organizations who register onsite will have an invoice for payment sent to their organization for the published rate.
Substitution
Substitution of a registrant from the same organization is permitted. Please submit substitution requests to kacosta@prismrisk.gov.
Event Transfer
Each PRISM event is uniquely planned, accounted for, and contracted. Canceled paid registrations for the PRISM conference may not be transferred to apply to a future event.
